Today’s maintenance work

by Natalie Kjaergaard

Cold, dark and rainy Sunday morning… We chose the perfect day to service our OY-9478 in Albatros flying club. The aircraft rounded 800 hours – and nobody would miss a flight in this weather. Mogens, Thomas, Frederik, and Mark, in our club house in Måløv on a short briefing:

We started from doing the tasks we could do in a hangar, before taking the aircraft out.

It was at least a couple of degrees warmer in the hangar.

David, who joined us a little bit later, checking the angle of propeller blades:

Though we were only five, we enjoyed working together:

And soon we had to move outside:

Among other things, we checked the pressure in all cylinders:

It was a good and very efficient team work.

Oil filter change:

Last things before finishing our tasks:

We enjoyed this day together, doing something good for our club, learning new things, and practicing our skills:

Many thanks to Thomas, Frederik, Mogens, Mark, and David for the great job!
