Our new Aeroprakt rounded 25 hours, and those of us who had the time and wanted to learn and to contribute, met yesterday evening in Albatros, our flying club in Måløv, to do the service work.
Mark, Frederik, Nikolaj, Thomas, Peter, and Anders during the briefing on the photo above.
We work with task cards that Johnny, a pilot from our club who has an extensive military background, once prepared for the service work. We also sign off for every task, and in that way we ensure the quality of our work.

Beautiful work:
There is always time to have a small break or a cup of coffee:
We chose the coldest evening so far: it was +2C. It didn’t ruin the spirit, but I sometimes had to go to the (same cold) club house to keep my hands on a hot cup of coffee to warm them up.
Thorough inspection of the cabin by William and Teis:
Mark tested our new fuel can:
“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” joked Thomas 🙂 but Anders and Peter didn’t listen!
Thomas, checking connections to the instruments:
The oil filter couldn’t be cleaner:
Propeller check 🙂
After three hours we were finished, just needed to do the paper work before going home.
It was a nice evening work, as always. Many thanks to all giving a hand!
