I recently joined Roskilde flying club as a member, and yesterday had a chance to meet with some of the other pilots and their spouses at the Christmas party.
The evening began with a glass of champagne in the club’s lounge:

The food was truly delicious. Christian is smiling on the photo below, and I also looked forward to enjoying these traditional Danish dishes. [The rooms were tastefully decorated, and with the cosy dimmed red light – which is responsible for the quality of the photos, not my poor photographing skills! 🙂 Please bare with that]
There was lots of entertainment during the evening. Poul (far right) – who is the chairman of the board – prepared a number of some nice Christmas songs we sang together whilst he accompanied on the keyboard.
There were games, and they required some brain power. Our team almost won: were only missing around 75% of the correct answers! We’ll do better another time. Jeanette is checking the results:
