After taking off from Säve, with wonderful memories from the two days of celebrating 100 years anniversary of the flying club of Göteborg, we continued to Höganäs, our destination, via the coastline. Björlanda yacht club, about 4 km southwest of Säve:
Göteborg and Ålvsborgsbron (Ålvsborg bridge). The bridge is 900.6 m long, 31.1 m wide, and 107.6 m high. The longest span is 417.6 m.
The views were breathtaking, with many yacht clubs along the cost. It is surely a sailing paradise with all these myriads of islands:
Varberg flying club with two crossing grass runways, almost invisible from air:
Falkenberg and Ätran river:
Halmstad harbour, power station, and Viking Malt:
Halmstad town with bridges over Nissan river:
And finally, Höganäs.
It was such a delightful flight. Many thanks to Joakim and Rolf for inviting me to this special tour to Göteborg flying club, with so many wonderful experiences!
