I long promised Henrik a tour in an ultralight, and that day has come!
Henrik is one of the few trike instructors left in Denmark, and he is doing everything he can to promote his favourite sport. I also flew trike with Henrik earlier this summer, and it was a great fun.
The afternoon started as nice and sunny:
We didn’t have any specific plan. It was Monday – no fly-ins, and we didn’t meet a single aircraft in the air. We had a stop in Holbæk:
Then landed on our friend’s private airfield:
Visited Gørlev flying club:
And then just flew around and enjoyed the view:
The air was getting more misty, and after a round over Hundested we headed home.
The wind direction changed, and we landed on RWY09:
And that was the best shot of the day:
It wasn’t late but dark in that particular place, and the sun reflection was stunning. I think Henrik is going to get a UL-certification soon 🙂
